Teacher Training
Whether you are beginning your teaching career, or an experienced teacher, or looking for a career change, all staff are required to undergo the FloatPlus Training Units.
We provide a minimum of 20 hours of in-house training free-of-charge – including class observation, theory and supervised training – before you teach your own class.
Other considerations?
Consistency is an important factor to teaching anyone to swim, so you must be able to commit to the regular programmes that we offer; part-time or full-time.
Teaching people to swim involves being in warm, chlorinated water for several hours at a time. Patience and a sense of humour are essential!
All potential employees are required to provide the SCRC document from HKPF.
